On Wednesday, July 29, starting at 9:00 p.m., ETS will apply system upgrades to the college’s primary file storage. This storage unit will be offline until 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 30. The following systems will be down: Email, M-Drive, Student Storage, Library servers, Banner, classroom imaging services, and some departmental servers. These updates are necessary to provide better service and resiliency for our systems.
To prepare for the downtime, please shut down your computer Wednesday night. If you are unable or forget to shut down your computer, you will need to reboot your computer on Thursday morning. Please call the Call Center, Ext. 4357 option 1 if you have any questions.
