For Students: Important information regarding the Financial Aid Freeze date

The Financial Aid Freeze for the Summer 2022 semester is the evening of Tuesday, July 12, 2022.  Your anticipated financial aid award offers are calculated based on your FACE (Financial Aid Course Eligibility) enrolled hours eligible towards your current degree program.

If you anticipate receiving financial aid this Summer 2022 semester, please confirm the following:

  • You are officially registered and attending all your classes.
  • Waitlisted courses do not count as registered courses for the term.

 

Please view your class schedule and confirm that all registered courses show as FACE eligible. Sign into my.monroecc.edu, select Student, then My Account, click on Self-Service then the Student tab, select Registration and then Registration Compliance Results. Here you will see the Federal and State financial aid eligibility of your registered courses.
