The Links, Incorporated, Rochester Chapter is now accepting applications for the 2013-2014 Tops/Links Scholarship.
Eligible applicants for the $1500 scholarship must be single mothers of African-American descent who will be enrolled in college in the fall.
Application deadline is April 15, 2013.
