Did You Receive a "Welcome to the Online CSA Training" Email?

Employees who received the Campus Security Authority (CSA) training welcome emails last week have questioned whether these are legitimate emails or phishing scams.

To alleviate confusion, a link to the CSA training has been added to the myMCC portal.

If you received the welcome emails, please follow these directions to access the training:

A link to the online CSA training has been placed in the my.monroecc.edu portal. It can be found by going to the Employees tab, clicking on Professional Development, and looking in the Human Resource Training area for the "Campus Security Authority (CSA) Training" link. Please click on the link in the MCC Portal, log in with the credentials provided in your email, and take any courses assigned to you within the next 30 days.

If you did not receive a welcome email about the CSA training, you are not required to complete it.
