The MCC Chapter of the American Association for Women in Community Colleges (AWCC-MCC Chapter) is currently recruiting new members and renewing existing memberships. Our chapter is “Dedicated to changing women’s lives through leadership and education, thus strengthening our college and communities.” We hope you will consider joining this empowering association and take advantage of the personal and professional development and community service opportunities the chapter offers everyone in the college community, including students.
Upcoming events include an AAWCC Kids Day, our annual holiday luncheon, a toy drive, Go Red for Women event and a Painting with a Twist fundraiser to support the American Heart Association, a trip in celebration of International Women's Day, Days of Dialogue, self-defense awareness workshop for mothers and daughters, and much more.
