HSMi Director John Perrone was one of three key presenters to lead the "Train the Trainer" program for 14 newly-added community colleges adopting the Community College Preparedness Program. The Department of Homeland Security program and curriculum was developed under a FEMA grant by MCC and four other lead colleges. It targets college students, faculty and staff but can include the general citizenry and or civic groups/organizations. Eventually, the program will reach 500k individuals and include the addition of 120 community colleges throughout the United States.
