The Sixth Act’s 2010-2011 academic workshop, “Theories of Production Design,” will be held this Thursday, December 2, from 4-5:30 p.m., in the Black Box Theater at MCC. The workshop is free and open to the public, light refreshments will be provided, and metered parking is available.
The workshop will offer insight into the principles addressed by professional scenic, lighting, and costume designers. Audience members will participate in conversation and interactive activities and then will be invited to witness firsthand the transformative potential of professional design on a theatrical production.
