As our discussions continue surrounding possible permanent locations for our downtown campus, local media outlets have periodically reported sites that are believed to be under consideration. As I have noted frequently, until all questions are answered and a purchase agreement is in place, it is premature for the college to discuss any specific sites.
We continue to look for the best possible site for our diverse community of students and the wisest possible investment for taxpayers. We want MCC to be a community institution that brings even greater benefits to Monroe County and its students, taxpayers, businesses, economic developers, colleges and universities, and civic and cultural institutions.
