The SSSD Committee at Monroe Community College is currently seeking programs that fit into the ACPA/NASPA Professional Competencies for the 2013-2014 on campus professional development series for the Student Services Division.
Monroe Community College values employees who value lifelong learning. The Student Services Staff Development Committee promises to provide on campus, accessible, professional development using the ACPA Competencies that will enhance the cultural, emotional and social growth of the staff that work in the Student Services Division. The programs and events provided by the committee focus on communication strategies, leadership skills and quality of service provided to the college community. The outcomes include learning, higher morale, cross departmental collaboration and more.
