We are looking forward to seeing you on April 13th! Join us before the Heart Walk kicks off; doors will open at the Blue Cross Arena at 8:00 am. MCC participants will meet by 9:30 am in Section 116 - and wear your MCC colors!
Enjoy the Health Expo including screenings and refreshments, family friendly entertainment - music, a Kids Zone, clowns, face painting and more! Visit supporter tables on the arena floor, do a little Zumba to warm up, and then check out the new outdoor walk route! The outdoor walk will include more ways to get your energy pumping to burn more calories with Route Rally spots. Rehydrate with stops along the path including refill stations for your water bottle.
Enjoy a new beautiful Walk route! Walk along the river, and back through Cornhill and downtown. End back at the arena for the Finish Line Celebration with music, food, CPR and AED demonstrations, and the Rock Climbing Wall!
