On Saturday, April 28, Dr. Dustin Swanger, former associate vice president of economic and community development and dean of technical education at MCC, was installed as the eighth president of Fulton-Montgomery Community College.
MCC President R. Thomas Flynn, who spoke at the installation ceremony, ended his remarks by saying, "To many people here today, FMCC stands for Fulton-Montgomery Community College. Today, I take great pride in knowing that for Dr. Swanger, FMCC also stands for FROM MONROE COMMUNITY COLLEGE."
