Please come join the MCC Hospitality Department students and faculty on Wednesday March, 18th from 12 - 1:00 p.m. in The Forum for an informal travelogue of their recent experience in San Salvador, The Bahamas. Students from the HSP 222: Hospitality in the Bahamas course will share their pictures, stories, recipes and general impressions of their trip this past January to the remote island of San Salvador.
They will also prepare some authentic Bahamian cuisine for you to sample. We hope to see you there!
