Analysis of the state of American government


Join us on Wednesday, November 7, 2007, in Bldg. 8, Room 300, beginning at 6:00 p.m. for an important discussion on the current state of our federal branches of government in anticipation of the 2008 Presidential election.

The following expert panel has been assembled:
 
James S. Fleming, Professor Emeritus of Political Science from RIT and author of Window on Congress: A Congressional Biography of Barber B. Conable, Jr." will speak on the U.S. Congress

Thomas Kidera, Adjunct Instructor of Political Science at MCC, will speak on the Presidency.  Prof. Kidera teaches POS 245: The American Presidency (among other courses) here at MCC.

William Daniels, Professor & Dean Emeritus from RIT, will speak on the U.S. Supreme Court.  Prof. Daniels was a former law clerk to Tom C. Clark, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court.

The moderator for this event will be Prof. Louis J. Andolino, Associate Professor of History & Political Science at MCC, will moderate the panel.
