“Walk the Walk”


Come learn the benefits of walking meditation and help us start off the semester with a peaceful and powerful exercise on Friday, September 6 at noon.

Start location: Meet at the poetry garden outside in the quad of Buildings 4, 6 and 12, walk to the Memorial Garden by the pond.  Rain Location: PAC Center Indoor Track
