As part of the ongoing communication of enrollment management activities, I want to update the college community on the progress of the Enrollment Steering Committee. As mentioned previously, the committee has been tasked with outlining institutional goals, objectives, and strategies to generate enrollment. The committee has split into subcommittees to focus on five specific areas. The teams will present their first drafts of the three-year plan by late March. The entire plan will be completed by the end of May.
The five areas of focus for the enrollment management plan are:
Open SUNY – Larry Dugan, Team Lead
International Student Recruitment – Gale Lynch, Team Lead
New Student Recruitment/Partnerships – Christine Casalinuovo-Adams, Team Lead
New Downtown Campus – Kimberly McKinsey-Mabry and Ann Topping, Team Leads
Retention – Randy Bowen and Kimberley Collins, Team Leads
