With the November elections just weeks away, please join Monroe Community College Local Chapter for the American Association for Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC) and the League of Women Voters for “Making Your Vote Count – Everything You Wanted to Know about the November Elections but Were Afraid to Ask" on Thursday, October 14 at 3:00 p.m. in Monroe A of the Warshof Conference Center, R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center.
This presentation will provide you with information needed to make choices on issues that are important to you. The program will highlight issues that the League of Women Voters feels are important for informed participation in elections. There will also be discussions on why it is difficult to get useful information about candidates.
