The MCC Engineering Design Team are competing to win their third consecutive American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) National Design Championship on today in Vancouver, British Columbia. The competition schedule is listed below. All times are Eastern Time
Monday 6/27, 11am – 2pm: Poster Presentation Session
Monday 6/27, 4pm – 6pm: Robot Trials Followed by the Awards Ceremony
In the trials the robots must autonomously harvest red dowels while leaving green dowels untouched. The dowels are placed in a random pattern prior to each run. The sum of the points from the Poster Session and Robot Trials are used to determine the competition champion.
