Employee Safety Awareness Training

Employee Safety Awareness Training classes will be conducted at both campuses over the next two weeks. As required by OSHA, all new employees are required to complete training in fire safety, emergency evacuation and preparedness, hazard communication/chemical safety, and injury/incident reporting. If you have been hired in the last year and have not yet fulfilled this safety training requirement by completing the course in Blackboard, please plan on attending one of the sessions listed below.

Training on Bloodborne Pathogens and Asbestos Awareness will be presented in the last 30 minutes of the 90 minute class. Employees with job duties that present potential exposure to blood and/or asbestos will be required to be stay the duration of the class. Employees without either of these potential exposures will be dismissed after the first hour.

If you have attended this training before but are interested in receiving refresher training, please feel free to join us. All employees are welcome!
