Helping All Live and Learn - Hall Committee

There is an exciting committee that has been formed combining faculty, staff and residence hall students, i.e. the Hall Committee. The mission of this partnership is two-fold: to welcome our new resident hall community to MCC and to unite to make a difference in our community through service!

To this end, our first initiative will take place on Thursday, December 4th, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Pioneer Hall, one of the three residence hall buildings on campus. We are inviting all interested faculty and staff members to join us in making festive cards and hats to make the holidays a little more cheerful for our local nursing home residents. You don't need to bring a thing…all items needed to make our gifts will be supplied for you. Feel free to stop in for an hour, two or even 30 minutes to share in the fun and get to know the newest segment of your MCC campus community!

But wait, that's not all….on December 5th, we will be traveling as a group to our local nursing homes for holiday caroling. Sound like fun? We haven't finalized all the details for this yet, but as soon as we know, you will!

Please join us as we make time in our busy schedules for something that is really important, especially at holiday time...giving the gift of yourself! Thank you.
