The report, written by George Lorenzo and Janet Moore, was published in November 2002 by The Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. Fetzner's comments on online faculty satisfaction and Monroe Community College's online faculty support team--"The Monroe Model"--appear on pages 5 and 6.
