Test Scanning Procedure Changes - Brighton Campus Only

Procedures for Test Scanning on the Brighton Campus will change as of Sept. 2, 2003. The new procedure is as follows:

1.      Blank forms used for test scanning are available in the Faculty Mail Room (room 1-107), Brighton Campus. They are located on the shelves of the locked box in the corner of that room.

2.      When you are ready to have a test scanned, put the following items in an MCC interoffice envelope:
a.      Completed tests ready for scanning
b.      Test Scoring Request Form
c.      Test Key Form
d.      WRITE YOUR NAME ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE INTEROFFICE ENVELOPE.

3.      Deposit the interoffice envelope and its contents in the gold slot located just outside Room 6-106, Brighton Campus. This slot is marked “SCANNING DROP OFF”.

4.      Tests that have completed the scanning process will be deposited in the locked portion of the box located in the Faculty Mail Room (room 1-107), Brighton Campus. You will need a general classroom key (R1) to open this box. BE SURE YOU LOCK THE BOX AFTER YOU HAVE RETRIEVED YOUR TEST. If you do not have an R1 key, take your MCC ID card to the Public Safety Office, room 7-341 to obtain a key.

Please contact the ETS Help Line (x4357, option 1) if you have any questions concerning this new procedure.
