Starfish News - Thank You!

This semester's Progress Surveys have been another success! Thank you for all your participation with the surveys. The final survey of the semester ended on March 19, and we saw over 800 flags and over 1300 kudos raised for students as a result. As a reminder, this survey targeted only students in our special populations.

As I am new to MCC and still transitioning into my role this semester, I haven't yet been providing Starfish trainings for faculty and staff that were once offered semi-regularly. I anticipate starting these up for the summer and fall semesters at both campuses, so please stay tuned for announcements about upcoming Starfish training topics and schedules. I am also always available as a resource for your individual technical questions about using Starfish.

Please feel encouraged to contact me with any feedback you may have about Starfish. Every piece of input provides me with a little more insight into how to improve Starfish utilization as a student retention tool. Likewise, it is my intention to continue sharing back Starfish data with all our faculty and staff who are relied on to use it to the benefit of our students.
