Mortimer Street Garage (at 83 Mortimer St.) in downtown Rochester is offering free parking on a first-come, first-served basis through June 30.
MCC students and employees may park in the garage from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The garage closes promptly at 8:30 p.m. After that time, motorists will not be able to retrieve their vehicles until the next business day. Only daily transient parking is allowed.
Students and employees may get to their destination using the bridge linking the garage and the second floor of the Sibley Building. The Clinton Avenue doors to Sibley will remain locked.
The garage is staffed with security. However MCC Public Safety and “Red Shirts” team members are available to escort people to their vehicles. Call (585) 262-1672 for MCC Public Safety or (585) 732-8808 for Red Shirts.
