Attendance scanner forms have been placed in your mailboxes for Summer Session II courses. They are due back to Records and Registration by the close of business on Tuesday, July 27th. Please return ALL forms whether you use the MAT screen or the paper copy because we have been experiencing some problems with the process.and having the paper copy helps us to clear up any discrepancies. Remember any students attending your class on or after July 16th for five-week day or on or after July 19th for six-week evening should be marked present -- which means NO bubbles should be colored in. Only those students who have never attended or who "disappeared" BEFORE the census dates should be bubbled in on the paper copy. On the MAT screen an actual last date of attendance prior to the census dates can be listed. If you have any questions at all please call me at Ext. 2291 or Lori DeWaters at Ext. 2247. Thank you.
