PAC Brochure, Image Research Earn PRism Awards

Dixon Schwabl Advertising earned a PRism Award of Excellence for the brochure it developed to support the MCC Foundation’s Field House (PAC Center) campaign at an awards ceremony on June 7. The annual competition is hosted by the Rochester Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America to recognize complete public relations programs and tactical elements incorporating sound research, planning, execution and evaluation.

Diane Shoger, director of major gifts at the MCC Foundation, attended the ceremony and accepted the award with Dixon Schwabl Founder and CEO Lauren Dixon and her team.

Dixon Schwabl contributed all creative writing and design services for the campaign materials free of charge and continues to provide valued public relations support for the MCC Foundation.

The "MCC is Listening: Image Campaign Research" commissioned by MartinoFlynn and MCC also earned a PRism Award that evening in the not-for-profit research category. The research captured responses from alumni, local business leaders, students, college trustees and other key stakeholders regarding MCC’s role within and impact on the community. The result was a comprehensive understanding of the current opinions held by the target audiences which will be used to help more people understand that MCC is a multi-faceted educational resource that serves the community in myriad ways.
