"When I assign writing in a course other than English, what percent of the evaluation should be on grammar, spelling, and sentence construction?" Sound familiar? A conversation focused on this topic will be facilitated by Tony Leuzzi (Writing Across the Curriculum coordinator) and is open to ALL faculty members, regardless of their department or whether they teach writing intensive courses, who would enjoy an informal discussion regarding how to create successful writing assignments and how to approach evaluating them.
This “conversation” will be held on Wednesday October 12, noon – 12:50 pm in the TCC (2-315 Brighton Campus Library) and repeated on Thursday October 13, 3:30 – 4:20 pm in the same location.
