MCC Projects Earn Accolades


MCC earned four Medallion Awards in the National Council of Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) District I awards program. Honors went to:

*Campus News earned a silver medallion in the newsletter category. Campus News is produced by the College and Community Relations office; Janet Ekis is editor.

*The MCC Foundation 2004-05 annual report earned a gold medallion in the annual report category. The production staff included Renee St. Louis, MCC Foundation, editor; Rosanna Condello, College and Community Relations, writer; Dixon Schwabl Advertising, designer; and Vasiliy Baziuk, Garvin Bixler, Kurt Brownell, Janet Ekis, Suzanne El Rayess, Bob Klein, Mike Scwabl and Ray Treat, photographers.

*The Creative Arts brochure earned a gold medallion in the booklet category. The brochure was produced by the MCC Creative Arts Committee; designed by Allyson Todd-Howe; and edited by the committee and Janet Ekis.

*A video produced for the Middle States reaccreditation visit earned a gold medallion in the electronic media category. The video project team included Planning's Valarie Avalone; Instructional Technologies' Jeremy Case and Steve Weider; and College and Community Relations' Cynthia Cooper and Janet Ekis.
