Smarthinking is an online academic support service that Monroe Community College offers to students for FREE.  This applies to students who have a Blackboard user ID, meaning at least one of their Instructors uses Blackboard.  In this session you will see how the service works and how it can help students in your classroom. Smarthinking has over 2,000 tutors assisting with subjects like math, writing, business, science, Spanish, and computers & technology. On average, tutors have 9 years teaching experience and over 80% have a master's or doctorate degree. Tutors are trained not to give answers but to help students build skills and get assistance when they need it the most!

Prizes for attendees!

Sponsored by the Office of Online Learning.
