Honors Convocation will take place on Thursday, May 29th, at 1:30 p.m. in the MCC Theater. Invitations were distributed on April 21st. If you haven’t already returned your response card, please make sure you do so by May 20th so that appropriate arrangements can be made for the ceremony.
Below you will find assembly instructions*. PLEASE NOTE THE ASSEMBLY AREA FOR FACULTY HAS CHANGED FROM PAST YEARS.

Important Information for faculty and staff planning to participate in the Thursday, May 29th, Convocation Ceremony
TIME: All faculty and professional staff should gather in the assembly area by 1:00 pm.
The ceremony will start promptly at 1:30 pm
ASSEMBLY: * Building 4, Room 112
ATTIRE: Academic Gowns
RECEPTION: The reception will be held in Monroe A & B, located in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center, immediately following the ceremony.
