I want to thank all of the award winners for their contributions to the College community and I also want to thank those who nominated the recipients for these prestigious awards. The selection criteria for each of these awards are rigorous and exacting. It ensures that faculty and staff members who consistently demonstrate superlative performance within and beyond their position are recognized for their efforts. Recipients of these awards serve as a source of great pride to MCC and inspiration for us all.

It is particularly important to recognize these achievements when we are all working remotely and are not able to drop into someone's office or pick up the phone and make an internal call to congratulate these employees. Please consider reaching out and connecting with these colleagues and others to touch base with them and acknowledge their accomplishment.
