Final Grades Reminder

Please enter your grades as soon as you are can. All final grades for the summer term are due by August 13th at noon, but you can enter them as soon as you finish your grading.

Student Academic Standing will be calculated on 08/17/21. Missing grades negatively impact this calculation and will create significant student distress and manual work for your colleagues.

Missing grades impact students in many ways. They interfere with financial aid, book store credits, registration, advisement, transcripts, transfer to the next college, employer reimbursement, graduation certification, dean’s list as well as suspension, probation and MCC’s income from state funding.

You can enter grades for students a few at a time. You do not have to delay submitting grades for the entire class while you wait for one student’s work to come in.

PLEASE ENTER YOUR GRADES BEFORE THIS DEADLINE!

If you have grade related information you need to send to R&R, use Registration@monroecc.edu.  This is a mailbox is checked constantly throughout the grading period.
