Ad Astra - Your Meeting and Event Scheduling Software

The Ad Astra web based software will allow users to view the availability of facilities on the Brighton, Damon and Applied Technology campuses along with allowing users to request the use of classrooms, lecture halls and meeting rooms!

The Campus Events office is excited to offer training on the use of this software.

At the training, you will learn how to use Ad Astra to requests classrooms and/or lecture halls, view room features such as room capacity, set-up and technical resources.  You will even learn how to view the locations for academic and/or non-academic events.

Training will be offered on the following dates: 2/23 (2-3pm), 3/16 (1-2pm) and 4/14 (9am-10am).  Location: 11-109

Please contact Yolanda Johnson at: <mailto:yjohnson@monroecc.edu>  to reserve your seat!

For requesting classrooms, conference rooms, and the lecture hall for Damon Campus, please submit a request through the Ad Astra Scheduling System by selecting the Damon drop-down form.
