Emergency Health Care Information

Have you tried to recall your families' health information in an emergency situation?  Do you remember all of your husband's medications?  Is there emergency contact information that health professional could access

if you should be unable to respond?  During National Health Information Technology Week, November 6-12, the Health Information Technology will be able to help you respond "yes" to the situations described above.  HIT students will be selling a wallet-sized folder with pre-printed health information forms.

Everyone in your family should carry one.  Parents and guardians may want to have one with them for each family member. Help you and your family be better prepared in case of  an emergency.

Wallets will be on sale Tuesday, November 8th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the second floor of the Campus Center, near the entrance to the Bookstore.  The cost is $1.00.

Think ahead for stocking stuffers.  They will make a thoughtful token of your love and concern.
