County Executive, Cheryl Dinolfo Directs Flags to Half-Staff in Honor of County Worker Jeffrey Farrell

County Executive, Cheryl Dinolfo directed flags to fly at half staff at all Monroe County facilities through Thursday for Jeffrey Farrell, who was killed while working on Jan. 18. She asked people living across the Rochester area to continue to keep the Farrell family in their thoughts and prayers.
