Kristen Egan and Katherine Eberhart’s project was selected for presentation at the SUNY annual undergraduate research Conference on Friday, April 10, 2015. This was the first time Monroe Community College engineering students participated in this event. The event was attended by 500 students and over 100 faculty members from 35 different institutions.
Their project was a Statics (ENR 251) class project that analyzed forces in a wing strut of a Cessna 172 Skyhawk. If you would like to know more about this project, please attend MCC Scholars’ Day on April 25, 2015. These two brilliant engineering students will be presenting their project at the event before they transfer to four year engineering institutions.
