Do faculty and administrators communicate effectively with each other?
What do we do well? What could we do better?
How do faculty and administrators remain focused on student success as the demands of academe increase?
Collaborate with your fellow faculty members and administrators in a series of panel discussions and group activities that will help us unpack the kinds of choices we make—personally and institutionally—to achieve success and balance in a complex and sometimes challenging work environment.
Featured panelists will include Janet Glocker, Ramona Moore, Kimberley Collins, and Michael McDonough.
