The goal of the campaign is to stem societal violence that results in school tragedies.

Kress; Moses Robinson, Rochester Police Department officer and MCC lecturer; Simon Ruhindi, Brighton Campus Student Government Association member; and Lee Struble, MCC public safety director.

Photos taken by the Democrat and Chronicle depicting recent acts of violence in the Rochester area will be on display Monday through Friday. In addition, there will be an area for individuals to share their stories in writing about how they have been affected by acts of violence and to make a pledge to help reduce violence in the community.

Officer Robinson will also give an anti-violence presentation to residence hall students from 7-8 p.m. Thursday, May 13, in Canal Hall.
