TODAY is the Last Day of Reflections operation for the semester!  Can't come to the buffet - stop in and purchase a quart of our freshly-made soups for only $3!


The students will feature a "Build-a-Buffet" themed buffet!!  We will feature a full buffet with several delicious main entrees, salads, side dishes, soups and desserts. The menu will consist of a taco bar, garbage plates with all the fixings, , apple raisin salad, garden salad, New England clam chowder, vegetarian tomato basil soup, chocolate walnut bars, cupcakes, apple pie, and a variety of other desserts. **

You can dine-in or take-out food for only $8.98.  Take-out customers will be given one large, one small, and one soup take-out container.   Each day we will have a full buffet with numerous main entrees, salads, side dishes, soups, and a dessert table.   Check out the Daily Tribune each day this week to get the entire list of culinary delights.    These buffets will be very popular, so I suggest that if you want to sit-down in the restaurant, you make reservations by calling X2581.  

For your information, today, Thursday, May 12th, is our final day of operation for the semester.  Thank you for your support of Reflections Restaurant and the Hospitality Management students.  We hope you all have a wonderful summer!
