How to Find an Online Course!

Welcome back everyone and best wishes for the fall 2008 semester! In order to better assist students as they register for online courses, I thought you might like to know how to find these courses.  The online learning web pages have been updated and there are several places students can access to see what is being offered online and to learn how to get into their courses.

Here are a few ways to direct students to the online course listings:
1.      Go to https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/distlearn/CourseList.htm
2.      On the MCC Homepage go to either the Prospective Student page or the Current Student page and click on the “Online Courses” icon at the top of the page.
3.      Go to Quick Links, Online Learning, Courses

To actually log into their online course, students can:
1.      go to: https://monroecc.sln.suny.edu
2.      go to the links mentioned above and click on the semester, then click on the “SLN (Angel) Student Login” box
3.      go to https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/distlearn/index.htm and click on the “SLN (Angel) Student Login” box

For additional information, I have attached the letter students receive from Registration and Records when they register for an online course.  If you have any question, feel free to contact me at:<mailto:pvankirk@monroecc.edu> or 292-3441.
