Walter Scheib was the chef to the Clinton and Bush First Families from 1994-2005, and his culinary creations dazzled and delighted White House guests including Nelson Mandela, Emperor Akihito, Jacques Chirac, Boris Yeltsin, Vaclav Havel, Lady Diana Spencer, Tony Blair, Vicente Fox, and others.
Scheib will share a personal, kitchen-eye view of life in the White House during his eleven years “at the stove” under two very different administrations.
Sponsored by the Campus Center Visiting Scholars Series, Hospitality Club, Hospitality Department, and the Division of Technical Education.
