The Sustainability Curriculum Advisory Committee is inviting faculty and staff to submit proposals for a fall semester section of SUS 206, Special Topics in Sustainability Seminar. SUS 206 is a 3 credit, general elective research course that examines a current problem or innovation in sustainability. The committee is open to a broad range of topics, and asks only that proposals do not replicate existing MCC courses, and that the proposed topic is broad enough to allow a reasonable variety of student research projects.

Faculty who are interested in submitting a proposal should provide the committee with a description of the proposed course, along with a general, week-by-week course outline. Please email proposals to Matt Fox (<mailto:mfox@monroecc.edu>) by Friday, March 1st. The Sustainability Curriculum Advisory Committee will meet shortly thereafter to make its decision. We will likely run 1 section in the fall semester.
If you have questions, you may contact Matt Fox at 292-3138.
