Minor changes have been made to the menu options for MCC’s main number 292-2000.
If you are calling in from off campus and know the extension number, this change requires you to press “2” before entering the extension. Before you were able to just direct dial the extension.
For example here are two often called numbers:
After dialing 292-2000...
* To reach the help desk from off campus: press 2 and then enter x4357
* To access your voice mailbox from off campus for Brighton and ATC: press 2 and then enter x8300 OR you can call 292-8300 directly
