Sisters of Murphy Help MCC Celebrate Celtic Night

MCC's Celtic Society invites you and yours to attend a celebration of Celtic culture on Friday night, 2 May from 6-9 p.m. in Monroe A & B. Featuring Irish and Scottish dancing, Highland bagpiping, and a performance by MCC alumni Sisters of Murphy, this is an event you won't want to miss.

Tickets are $5 if purchased in advance (from a club officer or in the Global Union office in building 3-135) and $10 at the door. Proceeds benefit the Irish International Immigrant Center, a Boston-based organization that "assists immigrants from Ireland and from around the world as they integrate into American society, and with partner organizations, promotes reconciliation in Ireland."

Celtic Society's purpose is to raise awareness of the Celtic Nations (Brittany, Cornwall, Galicia, Ireland, Isle of Man, Scotland, Wales) and diaspora. It aims to share and celebrate Celtic culture with the college community. Celtic Society welcomes all students, faculty, and employees, regardless of their ethnic backgrounds.
