Attendance and Learning Ctr Referrals

Attendance and Learning Center referrals are now one single process! Any student that is coded as attending your course will be sent an email informing them of Learning Center opportunities. So, you do not have to refer students one at a time to a Learning Center. Great news! One less task on your "to-do" list and all students are invited to use our Learning Center resources.

This is also a quick reminder that attendance for Fall 2018 is due by Thursday, September 20th.

Yes -- you can enter it today!

How to enter attendance/Learning Center Referral:

  1. Go to Faculty Essentials in MyMCC
  2. Log into Attendance, Withdrawal and Final Grades
  3. Students who attended the course should be coded as '1' in Attend Hrs
  4. Students who have never attended the course should be coded as '0' in Attend Hrs
  5. Save your entries
  6. Go back to the course to be sure your entries were successfully saved

Students who attend will remain on your roster and need to be graded. Students who never attended will be dropped.
