MCC Toastmasters Club members Bob Lasch, Applied Technologies, and Rosanna Condello, Public Affairs, both earned second place awards in District 65 Toastmasters contests on Saturday, Oct. 4 at Kodak's Theatre on the Ridge in Rochester.
Condello participated in the speech evaluation contest. Lasch wrote and delivered his speech "Defenseless -- Huh?" for the humorous speech contest. Lasch is scheduled to compete in the Central Division humorous speech contest on Nov. 1 in Webster.
