Reflections Restaurant, the student-run sit-down restaurant located on the first floor of the R. Thomas Flynn Student Center, will offer the following specials this week:
Monday: Jerk chicken wings with rice & peas, plantains, and coleslaw, vegetable soup, and rock cake for dessert
Tuesday: Chicken French with green beans and pasta, creamy tomato soup, and carrot cake for dessert
Wednesday: Coconut snapper with rice & beans, steamed cabbage, ox tail stew, and sweet potato pone for dessert
Thursday: Steamed honey-lemon salmon with broccoli and rice pilaf, lentil soup and cheesecake with cherry topping for dessert
