Are you already enjoying the benefits of direct deposit of your paycheck? If not, you will want to complete the attached direct deposit notification form and submit it to the Payroll Office. It will take two pays for it to be processed directly into your bank account. You will no longer have to wait in long lines at your bank or worry about a lost or stolen check.
Did you know there is an additional benefit of direct deposit? You could be receiving your password-protected direct deposit notification via your MCC Outlook Account on the Tuesday prior to pay day. Your password is difficult for others to access your pay notification but easy enough for you to remember. It is your last name directly followed by the last four digits of your social security number (no spaces in between). If you would like to sign up for this option, check the box at the bottom of the Direct Deposit Authorization form. If you are currently enrolled in direct deposit but are still receiving your paystub via the US Mail, send an e-mail to "mailto:payroll@monroecc.edu" requesting the electronic direct deposit notification.
Please don’t wait another pay before receiving all the benefits of direct deposit and the electronic direct deposit notification. Please help us go “green” by signing up today.
