Rosanna Condello, Assistant Director of Public Affairs, gave a presentation on Conflict Resolution on Tuesday, January 25th, marking the completion of the requirements set forth by Toastmasters International to achieve the status of Competent Leader.
The Toastmasters educational program consists of two tracks - a communication tract and a leadership tract. While most members join to improve their public speaking skills, Condello, after completing her Competent Toastmaster (CTM) -which focuses on speaking and listening skills, moved on to this additional challenge.
Condello is currently the VP of Education and has participated in several officer training sessions and Toastmaster Conferences.
