TCC: Tomorrow! Leading Effective and Impactful Meetings Workshop #2 - Developing Effective Agendas

Please consider joining us for the second workshop in our four-part series Leading Effective and Impactful Meetings on Tuesday, April 12, from 12:30 – 1:30 pm. We will meet in 2-423 in the Brighton Campus Library.  

In the Developing Effective Agendas workshop, participants will actively reimagine constructing meeting agendas. Participants will discuss components of a productive meeting and how these ingredients can be baked into an effective agenda. Workable design options will also be explored and sample agendas reviewed. To close, participants will reflect on possible next steps to re-envisioning how they construct meeting agendas.

The Teaching and Creativity Center is pleased to introduce a new four-part series: Leading Effective and Impactful Meetings. Drawing on the experiences of many of our Reflective Practice Group coaches, we have designed bite-sized interactive workshops to help support your leadership while planning and facilitating meetings. You are welcome to come to any or all of these workshops, they are designed to stand-alone and complement each other: 

  • Building community April 6, 12:00-12:50 

  • Developing effective agendas April 12, 12:30 –1:20 

  • Fostering deep listening May 5, 12:20-1:20 

  • Structuring productive conversations during PD Week TBA
