Arches, Canyons and Pinnacles … Spring Break 2013!


Spend Spring Break 2013 on the "Great American Road Trip," traveling and studying the geology of the southwestern U.S.! Professor Barone and Professor Colosimo of the Chemistry/Geosciences Department are offering Field Studies in the Geosciences: Arches, Canyons and Pinnacles (Geo 195) Monday evenings from 1/28/13- 4/15/13 with a field excursion on-location in Arches, Zion, Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef National Parks, as well as the well-known landmarks Monument Valley and Antelope Canyon, from March 29th – April 6th.

This 4-credit SUNY Gen-Ed Natural Science course is open to all MCC students, faculty, and staff. Please announce this course to students and encourage them to attend one of the two informational meetings (listed below and indicated on the attached flyer) or contact either <"
